Lan Wen investigates key projects in Fuzhou New District

From August 8 to 9, Lan Wen, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the Management Committee of Fuzhou New Area, investigated key projects in Fuzhou New Area and held seminars in the towns and streets under its jurisdiction to guide the improvement of the area planning. Relevant departments of the new area, some towns, streets and related enterprises participated in the seminars.

Lan Wen visited Fujian Xinghang Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., Fujian Avir Industrial Co., Ltd., Changle District Second Cotton Textile Factory, and Changle District Keda Textile Co., Ltd. in succession, had in-depth exchanges with relevant persons in charge of the enterprises, learned in detail about the production operation, product sales, technological transformation, etc., and asked about the needs of the enterprises; in Zhanggang Sub-district, Lan Wen inspected the relocation of the Baihu area and the renovation and upgrading planning project of Xianqi Village, listened to the relevant persons in charge of the project report on the project progress, and then held seminars in Zhanggang Sub-district and Jiangtian Town respectively.

Lan Wen emphasized: It is necessary to strengthen the forward-looking and overall planning. The relevant towns and streets should take the initiative to connect with the planning of the new district, do a good job in the transformation and upgrading of the airport exit and the Xiasha Seaside Resort, and promote the important external windows such as the Fuzhou New District Airport Portal and Xiasha Memory to show their image and results; it is necessary to speed up the progress of the project. Seize the opportunity of the policy window, concentrate resources to coordinate and promote the overall relocation and transformation of the area, make careful arrangements, and implement precise policies to ensure that the project is promoted on schedule; it is necessary to conduct reasonable and scientific demonstration. In combination with the actual status and positioning of the area, we should carry out a "look back" on the planning, stimulate the endogenous driving force of the area through scientific and reasonable layout, and "loosen the ties" for industrial development; we should do a good job in the safety management of tourist attractions.
